※1 If the pregnant woman’s HBsAg
is positive (HbeAg+ or -), HB globulin should be administrated to the newborn infant
or in 2 months of age. If HbeAg is negative, there is no need to have the second
shot. And, Hepatitis B vaccine should be administrated at 2、3、5 month of age. HBsAg
and HBsAb will be checked at 6 month of age. One additional shot will be administrated
if necessary (covered by health insurance).
※2 Hepatitis is not available for children under 15yr in Japan (Consulting a
doctor if you want it).
